The results so far? Almost too good to be true! I am fitter, happier, more energetic and more confident when I look in the mirror.

I love food and going out for dinner, as well as a nice drink now and again. To compensate for that behavior, I was very strict for myself during the week and usually didn’t have any energy left whenever I got home from work.

So age is just a freaking number after all.

I have always been on and off of sports. In 2017 I went full on with CrossFit and injured both my knees. It was overused from pushing myself too hard. I was so demotivated, stressed and lost all my confidence in doing sports because it hurt my knee all the time. And gained so much weight and felt so disappointed until I met Eva.

Not that difficult to guess which one I preferred, right?

This is a great example of what the right diet and exercise can do for your body. On the left picture I was training at home, now I am working out in my gym. I only weigh myself when I have to log my progress. And still, it’s just a silly number! A picture says more than 1000 words.

I always used to be an emotional eater. Whenever I was stressed, things only got worse and I quickly gained too much weight. The indulgence felt good for a moment, but I regretted it moments later. I kept on eating even if I wasn’t hungry and I didn’t know how to stop. At a certain moment I knew I had to make a change.

I started training together with Eva in February. It hasn’t always been easy: you need to work hard, fall and get up again, but thanks to the fantastic help from Eva I made more progress than I ever could have hoped!
