The results so far? Almost too good to be true! I am fitter, happier, more energetic and more confident when I look in the mirror.
I love food and going out for dinner, as well as a nice drink now and again. To compensate for that behavior, I was very strict for myself during the week and usually didn’t have any energy left whenever I got home from work.

I feel great in my skin, I enjoy my food, because FOOD = LIFE, but I also don’t mind to go to the gym.
I have never been fat, but at a certain point I did feel that my visits to the local McDonald’s became a little bit too regular! I didn’t feel good in my own skin anymore and I wanted to learn a bit more about nutrition and training.


I believe in myself again and feel like I’m back in control of the way I look and the way I think!
In July 2018, I started working out with Eva. The first few months were perfect and I had so much fun as well. I saw my body and my mindset change during this first period and I felt great!

I was very curious as to how Eva was going to teach me how to improve on myself. I am so happy with the progress I made both physically and mentally over the course of the last two years. I’m in the shape of my life at 34 years old and I am only planning on getting more beautiful!
The aftermath of my pregnancy stimulated me to lose weight and get back in shape, after that I immediately worked towards my shoot.

I hadn’t lost that much weight after my pregnancy, ate too much and was stressed about my own company. From 90 kilos to 68 kilos to 74 kilos. I am as proud as a peacock!

I always used to be an emotional eater. Whenever I was stressed, things only got worse and I quickly gained too much weight. The indulgence felt good for a moment, but I regretted it moments later. I kept on eating even if I wasn’t hungry and I didn’t know how to stop. At a certain moment I knew I had to make a change.
I started training together with Eva in February. It hasn’t always been easy: you need to work hard, fall and get up again, but thanks to the fantastic help from Eva I made more progress than I ever could have hoped!

I always used to be an emotional eater. Whenever I was stressed, things only got worse and I quickly gained too much weight. The indulgence felt good for a moment, but I regretted it moments later. I kept on eating even if I wasn’t hungry and I didn’t know how to stop. At a certain moment I knew I had to make a change.
I started training together with Eva in February. It hasn’t always been easy: you need to work hard, fall and get up again, but thanks to the fantastic help from Eva I made more progress than I ever could have hoped!
I feel good in my skin, got rid of my stomach problems and I have learned to enjoy eating healthy. I feel like I can easily maintain this lifestyle without feeling restricted in my ways.

Small gestures can make a great big impact. It’s beneficial for my entire family and we’ve been more in balance and connected to each other than ever before.
Before I started working out with Eva, I never exercised. I was weak and my body felt like that of an old lady. I didn’t feel sexy and had a hard time staying happy and upbeat.
I was lazy and stressed. A person I wouldn’t want to be friends with, I didn’t listen to myself. I was motivated, but didn’t know where to start and the problem was only getting bigger and bigger. I wanted to be able to look at myself in the mirror and tell myself I would do anything to accept myself once again. I chose to work together with Eva, because she looked like a true professional, someone that worked hard and somebody who never gives up. It also helped that I read all her previous success stories, sometimes you just have to trust other people’s opinions. She also looked freaking amazing; everybody needs a role model.
What I still remember is the fact that she regularly sent me texts at the right moments. I always felt that she was supporting and motivating me, even if it’s just helping you take the smallest of steps. She gave me a boost and helped me see my sessions through, because I was so curious what I could achieve if I gave it my all. It’s so important to stay patient, however. Rome wasn’t built overnight, and if your body tells you to take your time, you have to listen. Acceptance and commitment. The thing I’m most happy about is that I’m more conscious of the things I put in my body. I now know that every little thing has an impact, which makes it even more difficult to make the wrong decisions. But then again, it’s my choice and I also have to accept that.
I am happy that I can look at myself in the mirror again and be happy with the body I’m working on. I am determined and I feel comfortable to go the gym and workout using the techniques that Eva taught me. I feel good, I’m more positive than I’ve ever been and I am staying true to the things I’ve taught myself this year. Of course, there are always ups and downs: sometimes I still wonder if I couldn’t have done more. But on the other hand, I have accepted that this takes time. I always used to look for short-term solutions, even though I know that that wouldn’t cut it for me. I’m stubborn and I often tell myself that I’ve done enough, even if I didn’t. That’s when I fall back into my old patterns, sometimes even subconsciously. I’m so happy that Eva has taken me under her wings. She makes me feel safe and secure. She’s the medicine for my weak and difficult moments and I don’t know what I would do without her. Small gestures can make a big impact. My entire family has benefitted from these past months and we now enjoy life like we hadn’t ever before.
I would recommend this program to all mothers that are looking for a bit of ‘me-time’, people who feel like they’re suffocating in their daily routines or those that don’t want to be motivated by their partners out of embarrassment. Eva will help you become the person you actually want to be. She helps you create a base on which you can enjoy life, your family, your workouts and your food.

I was very curious as to how Eva was going to teach me how to improve on myself. I am so happy with the progress I made both physically and mentally over the course of the last two years. I’m in the shape of my life at 34 years old and I am only planning on getting more beautiful!
The aftermath of my pregnancy stimulated me to lose weight and get back in shape, after that I immediately worked towards my shoot.
I am very happy with the results and the knowledge I gained. If you told me I would look like this during a professional photoshoot 4 years ago, I would’ve laughed in your face. Or cried, because that’s how bad I felt back then.
I hadn’t lost that much weight after my pregnancy, ate too much and was stressed about my own company. From 90 kilos to 68 kilos to 74 kilos. I am as proud as a peacock!
